Luotain is Aamu Compliance's analysis bot. It assesses public web pages for accessibility (WCAG / European Accessibility Act), technical baseline, search visibility and cookie practices.

What the bot does

  • Loads at most 5 public pages in the survey, like an ordinary browser. When we prepare or update a report on a site, we load at most 10 pages.
  • Reads response headers and runs an in-page accessibility analysis
  • Performs standard DNS lookups and a single TLS handshake
  • Honours robots.txt beyond the homepage
  • Waits at least 1.5 seconds between page loads
  • Checks whether up to 20 links on the site still work, without loading them (a HEAD request), with at least 1.5 seconds between requests

What it never does

  • No login attempts or credential guessing
  • No port scans or service enumeration
  • No vulnerability discovery or exploitation
  • No handling of protected areas
  • No load or stress testing

The check uses public pages and their technical information.

How do I exclude my site?

Ask us to add your site to our block list, or add a rule to robots.txt.

1. Tell us

Send the domain to bot@aamucompliance.fi. We add it to our block list, after which the site is not analysed and you are not contacted.

2. Block it in robots.txt
